When a customer calls your phone number, The Auto Attendant or Virtual/Digital Receptionist is a pre-recorded message that gives the caller their options.

For example: Thank you for calling (Business Name), For sales press 1, For Accounts Press 2 etc

Auto Attendant can only be used if you have multiple employees.
